Terms of service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between SynReach (“we”) and the business or person using the service (“you”, the “Customer”). By creating an account or using the SynReach website, app or browser extension, you agree to them. If you use SynReach for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

1. The service

SynReach provides business contact data (work emails and phone numbers), prospect search, a browser extension, email sequencing, an AI writing assistant, CRM integrations and team management. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page. We may improve or change features; we won’t materially reduce the core service during a paid term without notice.

2. Accounts & seats

  • You must be at least 18 and use SynReach for business purposes, not personal or household use.
  • Each seat is for one named user. Don’t share logins or extension tokens.
  • You’re responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@synitix.com if you suspect misuse.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • Use contact data only for legitimate business-to-business communication relevant to the recipient’s professional role.
  • Comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR and UK GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and national rules implementing it (for example PECR), CASL, the CCPA/CPRA and the TCPA and do-not-call rules for phone outreach.
  • Identify yourself accurately, use truthful subject lines, include a valid postal address where required, and honour unsubscribe and objection requests promptly. SynReach adds an unsubscribe link to sequence emails; don’t remove or disable it.
  • Maintain your own suppression list and respect SynReach’s global opt-out list.

You must not:

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited consumer email, phishing, malware, or deceptive or harassing messages.
  • Resell, sublicense or publish SynReach data, or use it to build a competing database or service.
  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from SynReach beyond the exports your plan allows, or circumvent credit limits or fair-use caps.
  • Use data to make decisions about anyone’s eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or similar purposes (including under the FCRA).
  • Use SynReach to target children, or to process sensitive personal data.
  • Reverse-engineer the service or extension, or interfere with its security or other customers’ use.

We may suspend accounts that breach this section, for example if bounce or complaint rates suggest spam, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

4. Third-party platforms

SynReach is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any other platform it works alongside. The extension only reads the profile you are viewing when you click Reveal and never automates actions on your account, but you remain responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you use. HubSpot, Salesforce and other integrations are governed by those providers’ terms.

5. Credits, rollover & refunds

  • Each plan includes monthly email and phone credits per seat, pooled across your workspace. One reveal of an email uses one email credit; one reveal of a phone number uses one phone credit.
  • If we don’t find the requested email or phone number, no credit is used.
  • Unused credits roll over for 1 month, capped at one month’s allowance. Rolled-over credits are used first and expire if not used in the following cycle. Credits have no cash value and end when your subscription ends.
  • If a revealed email hard-bounces when sent through a SynReach sequence, we automatically return the email credit. Soft bounces, out-of-office replies and bounces from emails sent outside SynReach are not refunded.
  • “Unlimited” email plans are subject to the fair-use limit shown on the pricing page.
  • Admins may set per-member credit caps; caps never increase the workspace’s total allowance.

6. Billing & cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, per seat; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time in billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. If payment fails we may limit the account after reasonable notice.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

7. Your data & privacy

You own the content you upload or create (contacts you import, templates, emails). You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum [to be published] applies. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Data we provide is licensed to you for use under these terms while you are a customer; you may retain contacts you have revealed and actively used, subject to your own legal obligations, including honouring opt-outs.

8. AI features

The AI writer generates suggestions that may be inaccurate. Review drafts before sending; you are responsible for the messages you send.

9. Disclaimers & liability

We work hard to keep data accurate, but contact data changes constantly. The service is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that any particular contact is accurate, complete or reachable.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Mutual indemnities and carve-outs to be finalised with counsel.]

10. Termination

You may stop using SynReach at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, including breach of the acceptable-use rules, or if required by law. On termination, your access ends and we delete workspace data as described in the privacy policy.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be confirmed], and disputes will be resolved in its courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Questions: support@synitix.com.
